Physiotherapy

Catherine qualified from Sheffield Hallam University in 1995 and has worked in Sheffield and London treating both adults and children in the NHS and private sector.

Catherine is also a Cranio Sacral Therapist and enjoys using her knowledge of both Physiotherapy and Cranio Sacral Therapy to treat individuals holistically, helping to balance and integrate the body and mind to help alleviate musculo-skeletal dysfunction.

Adults

Catherine works in several clinics in Newcastle and Gateshead and treats a wide range of conditions in adults including back and neck pain, whiplash, repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, poor posture and core stability (see conditions treated below).

Catherine believes that advice and education on musculo-skeletal conditions is an integral part of understanding the treatment process and that prescription of tailored exercise programmes are vital for the client to achieve the best possible outcome from physiotherapy.

'Catherine has bought me back to how I was before the accident and I cannot recommend her treatments/exercise suggestions and professional attitude too highly. Your health is your most valuable commodity. With Catherine and the clinic I can honestly say it could not be in better hands.'
